How much does Spiral Tower cost?
The Azrieli Spiral Tower is a 91-story mixed-use skyscraper under construction next to the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv, Israel, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with Moshe Tzur Architects, about 355 metres tall with around 150,000 square metres, 250 hotel rooms and 89 residential units. Globes reported in August 2025 that 30 percent was complete at the end of 2024, a cost of NIS 2.385 billion as of mid-2025 and completion in 2028, against the NIS 2.5 billion announced by Azrieli Group in December 2018.
