How much did the Palazzo resort in Las Vegas cost to build?

The Palazzo is an Italian-themed Las Vegas Strip resort developed by Las Vegas Sands as the sister of The Venetian, with a 50-story tower of 3,066 suites, a casino, The Shoppes at The Palazzo and an 1,800-seat theater, designed by HKS Architects and the largest LEED-certified building in the world when it earned Silver in 2008. Construction began in September 2004 and the resort opened in phases from 30 December 2007; Las Vegas Sands sold the Venetian and Palazzo operations to Apollo and the land to VICI in 2022. Wikipedia gives a total cost of USD 1.9 billion, while the company's FY2007 annual report only describes the construction as financed by its refinancing and offers no stand-alone figure.
