How much did the first stage of the Yurikamome line in Tokyo cost to build?

The Yurikamome (Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Rinkai Line) is an automated guideway transit line in Tokyo that links Shimbashi with the Odaiba waterfront sub-centre, operated by Yurikamome Inc., a third-sector company set up in 1988 with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The first stage of about 12 km between Shimbashi and Ariake opened on 1 November 1995 and was extended to Toyosu in 2006. According to the railway history site Rail Links the total project cost of the first stage was JPY 170.2 billion, of which JPY 115.1 billion was the infrastructure built by Tokyo (5.3 km by the Bureau of Construction and 6.8 km by the Port and Harbor Bureau) and JPY 55.1 billion the company's own non-infrastructure part.
