Tour Hekla is a 220 m office skyscraper by Ateliers Jean Nouvel at La Défense, Puteaux, near Paris, with about 76,000 m2 of offices and services, 48 floors plus a rooftop level, five restaurants, a 250-seat auditorium, a rooftop hanging garden and room for about 5,800 employees. It was developed by Hines and AG Real Estate for the investors Amundi Immobilier and Primonial REIM, built by Bateg (Vinci Construction) from 2018 and completed in 2022. The structural engineer Bureau Greisch lists the works cost as EUR 272 million excluding VAT and Infociments gives EUR 270 million, above the EUR 248 million estimate reported in 2021.
