Trump Bay Street is a 50-story, 447-unit residential rental tower at 65 Bay Street in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey, developed by Kushner Companies and the KABR Group with Humphreys & Partners Architects, with 41,000 square feet of amenities and 10,000 square feet of retail. Groundbreaking was on 14 May 2014 and it opened in early November 2016. Wikipedia says it was built at a cost of USD 225 million, up from a USD 193.5 million construction estimate reported by The Jersey Journal at groundbreaking, partly financed with USD 50 million of EB-5 investor money, but the USD 225 million figure has no cited source.
