How much does Trump International Hotel and Tower cost?

Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is an 80-floor, 350 m hotel and residential tower being built by Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi Arabia's Dar Al Arkan, in partnership with the Trump Organization, the first Trump hotel tower in the Middle East. It will have a hotel on 18 levels, residences from two-bedroom apartments to penthouses, a members' club and the world's highest outdoor pool. Gulf News reported in May 2025 that development costs would come to about USD 1 billion with completion scheduled for 2031, and Wikipedia records construction starting at the end of 2025; an earlier 2007 Trump tower on the Palm Jumeirah was cancelled.
