How much does Virginia State Route 123 cost?

Virginia State Route 123 (Gordon Boulevard, Ox Road, Dolley Madison Boulevard) is a long Northern Virginia arterial. Its largest current project is the USD 76 million improvement of the I-95 Exit 160 interchange with Route 123 in Woodbridge, Prince William County, which removes the northbound loop ramp to southbound I-95, widens the southbound ramp to two lanes, rebuilds the I-95 bridge over Occoquan Road and adds a shared-use path. Construction began in spring 2025, with the bridge due in late 2027 and the whole interchange in late 2028.
