How much did the Williams Tower (Transco Tower) cost to build?

Williams Tower, originally the Transco Tower, is a 64-story, 275 m (902 ft) office tower at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston's Uptown district, designed by John Burgee Architects with Philip Johnson and Morris-Aubry Architects for developer Gerald D. Hines. Ground was broken in August 1981 and it was completed between December 1982 and January 1983 with about 1.48 million sq ft (137,800 m2); it was renamed in 1999 after Williams bought Transco Energy. Wikipedia lists its construction cost as $300 million, but no source for that figure could be opened.
