How much did Yizhuang line cost to build?

The Yizhuang Line is a Beijing Subway line that connects the Yizhuang Economic-Technological Development Area with the city's subway network, running about 23.23 km from Songjiazhuang to Yizhuang in the south-east of the city, partly underground and partly elevated. It was built under a build–transfer financing model in which private investors covered about 30% of the cost, began construction in 2008 according to the Beijing transport authorities, and opened on 30 December 2010; its budget was about ¥11 billion.

Approximately $1.62 billion

Here comes the latest acquisition of Yizhuang Line: the CED5001 built by Changke Erqi in Doudian, Fangshan, Beijing. The VVVF model is tPower-TN29 (JP2), with a program similar to Guangzhou Metro A1 trains' tPower-TN28 (UR1/JP2), 3rd version. So there's a question, does that "Mango Juice" really want this train to feature Cantonese announcements?
