What is the revised budget of Zhengzhou — Line 4?
Line 4 of the Zhengzhou Metro is an underground line running north to south from Laoyachen in Huiji District to Langzhuang in Guancheng District. It is about 29.2 km long with 27 stations, two of them not yet open at the start, and opened on 26 December 2020 together with Line 3. The operator reports a planned total investment of ¥19.743 billion, of which ¥17.954 billion had been spent by June 2023, against the ¥19.035 billion approved in the national near-term rail plan of April 2014.
