How much was invested in building Zunda Towers?
Zunda Towers, formerly Z-Towers, are two cylindrical 30-storey glass towers in the Pārdaugava district of Riga, Latvia, 123 m and 117 m tall and linked by five publicly accessible floors. Designed by F.L.Tadao & Lukševics with a façade by Helmut Jahn, construction was suspended in September 2007 after cracks appeared and was prolonged by the economic crisis; the Riga City Construction Board approved commissioning on 10 January 2020. The complex has about 90,000 m² of apartments and offices.
