How much did 3Arena cost to build?
3Arena is a retractable-roof football and concert venue in Johanneshov, Stockholm. Construction began on 10 September 2010, and the arena opened on 24 August 2013. It was known as Tele2 Arena from 2013 through 2024. The city-owned developer's initial SEK 2.7 billion estimate covered land, construction and underground parking; later audit reporting recorded SEK 3.246 billion in capitalized final costs.
