How much did the 2000–2002 Aalborg Stadium modernization cost?

Aalborg Stadium's 2000–2002 modernization transformed the venue now known as Aalborg Portland Park. Following a 1998 agreement between AaB and Aalborg Municipality, work began in 2000: both end stands received roofs, the north stand was expanded, and new sponsor lounges, press facilities and television infrastructure were added. The rebuilt stadium was formally inaugurated on 1 April 2002. This record covers that modernization, not the replacement stand opened after the 1960 fire.
