How much was invested to build Stade des Antonins?

Stade des Antonins is an approximately 8,000-seat football stadium in Nîmes, built as a transition venue for Nîmes Olympique after the club left Stade des Costières. Construction took six months in 2022, and the stadium was approved for use on 22 December before hosting its first official match on 26 December. Opalia, which managed the development through delivery, reports a total private investment of EUR 12 million excluding tax. Although originally conceived as a temporary, demountable venue, the City of Nîmes approved its acquisition in 2026 so it can continue supporting professional and community sport.
