How much did the redevelopment of Aviva Stadium cost?

Aviva Stadium is the rugby and football ground built on the former Lansdowne Road site in Dublin. The Irish Rugby Football Union and Football Association of Ireland developed the replacement stadium together. On-site work began with demolition in May 2007; construction was completed in April 2010, and the Taoiseach officially opened it on 14 May 2010. The stadium now lists 51,711 seats. At opening, the IRFU reported a rounded redevelopment cost of about EUR 410 million, including EUR 191 million of Irish government funding; the government grant is part of, not additional to, that total.
