How much did Avnet Arena cost to build?

Avnet Arena is the home football stadium of 1. FC Magdeburg in Magdeburg, Germany. Built on the site of the former Ernst-Grube-Stadion, the new venue was completed in November 2006 and ceremonially opened on 10 December 2006. The reported EUR 30.9 million construction cost refers to that original stadium, not its later upgrades. A renovation completed in January 2020 expanded capacity from about 26,000 to 30,098 places. The ground carried the name MDCC-Arena from 2009 until it became Avnet Arena in July 2024.
