How much did Bangladesh Satellite-1 cost to build?

Bangladesh Satellite-1, originally named Bangabandhu-1, is Bangladesh's first geostationary communications satellite. Thales Alenia Space supplied the spacecraft and two ground-control facilities for the national programme. It carries 26 Ku-band and 14 C-band transponders for broadcasting and communications across Bangladesh and nearby regions. A SpaceX Falcon 9 launched it on 11 May 2018 UTC, already 12 May in Bangladesh; its control facilities were inaugurated later that year. Contemporary reporting put the whole programme at Tk 2,765.66 crore, distinct from the smaller 2015 contract awarded to Thales.
