How much did the expansion of BayArena cost?

BayArena is the home stadium of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The present venue opened as Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion on 2 August 1958 and was renamed BayArena in 1998. Bayer originally projected about EUR 56 million for the separate 2007-2009 expansion and renovation; project architect HPP records EUR 70 million in total construction costs. The rebuild added upper-tier seating and a new roof. The modernised stadium reopened on 15 August 2009 and has a league-match capacity of 30,210.
