Stadium 路 Switzerland

How much did Berformance Arena cost to build?

FCS Arena Schaffhausen is a football stadium and commercial complex in the Herblingen district of Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Opened as LIPO Park on 25 February 2017, it later carried the wefox and Berformance sponsor names before returning to the FCS Arena name. The football venue holds about 8,200 spectators and has a heated artificial-turf pitch; shops, offices and event space are integrated into the surrounding development. The project's former operator reported roughly CHF 60 million as the total investment in the stadium and commercial complex together. In an earlier city proposal, the stadium portion alone, including its land share, was estimated at CHF 16 million. Those two figures cover different scopes and should not be treated as a simple stadium cost overrun.
