How much did Bijie Feixiong Airport cost to build?

Bijie Feixiong Airport is a 4C regional airport serving Bijie in China's Guizhou Province. The original construction programme built a 2,600-metre by 45-metre runway, four aircraft stands and a 7,100-square-metre passenger terminal, together with air-traffic and fuel facilities. Construction began on 6 May 2011, the airport passed industry acceptance on 29 May 2013 and commercial flights started on 16 June 2013. A local retrospective reports total investment of CNY 1.05 billion for that original airport, compared with a CNY 793.86 million preliminary-design estimate approved in 2011; the larger amount is a reported investment, not a published audited final account. A later runway-extension programme enlarged the runway to 3,000 metres by July 2026, but its costs and dimensions belong to a separate phase and are not included in this original-project answer.
