How much did Heathrow say Terminal 4 originally cost to build?

Heathrow built Terminal 4 as a separate passenger terminal on the south side of the airport. Heathrow's own history puts the original construction cost at around GBP 200 million and records its opening on 1 April 1986. That historical figure is for the terminal building as built, not the cost of the whole airport, its later refurbishments or any new runway proposal.
