What did the Airport Authority estimate in 2015 for Hong Kong Airport's complete Three-Runway System?
Hong Kong International Airport's Three-Runway System is a separate expansion of the original Chek Lap Kok airport. The Airport Authority's 2015 HK$141.5 billion money-of-the-day estimate covered land reclamation, a third runway, taxiways and aprons, a new concourse, Terminal 2 expansion, an automated people mover and baggage handling. It is not the cost of the airport's original 1998 construction or of the runway alone.
