How much did Heathrow invest in its new Terminal 2 project?

Heathrow replaced its earlier Terminal 2 with the Queen's Terminal, opened to passengers in June 2014. The airport's annual accounts describe GBP 2.5 billion invested in the Terminal 2 project: a main building, satellite, short-stay car park, energy centre, aircraft stands and surrounding taxiways. That amount is wider than the main hall alone but much narrower than Heathrow's airport-wide investment programme.
