What was the budget for completing and refurbishing Blue Water Arena?

Blue Water Arena is the football stadium used by Esbjerg fB in Esbjerg, Denmark. The original stadium opened in 1955, but the often-quoted DKK 105 million price does not describe its 1955 construction. It was the pre-construction 2008 budget framework, excluding VAT, for the 2008–2009 completion and refurbishment scheme: DKK 72.2 million was allocated to the municipality's part and DKK 32.8 million to the club's part. The renewed arena opened on 9 August 2009. Esbjerg fB currently lists a capacity of 17,442, including 11,286 seats. The DKK 105 million figure is therefore a dated renovation budget, not a certified final cost or a price for the whole history of the stadium.
