How much did Borisov Arena cost to build?

Borisov Arena is FC BATE Borisov's football stadium in Barysaw, Belarus, designed by Slovenian practice OFIS Architects and opened for the Belarusian Cup final on 3 May 2014. Its rounded perforated outer shell surrounds a single-tier seating bowl; UEFA listed 13,121 seats for its 2016 tournament, while the architect described approximately 13,000 seats and 3,000 square metres of public and commercial space. The stadium was reported at EUR 40 million by a construction-industry newspaper in November 2014, but later published cost figures differ and no audited final construction account was located. The EUR 40 million figure here is therefore a dated press-reported project amount, not a certified final bill.
