How much did Nikola Shterev - Starika Sports Complex cost to build?

Opened in September 2013 as the Botev 1912 Football Complex, this football training centre in Plovdiv's Komatevo district serves Botev Plovdiv's youth and reserve teams. Its original concession involved the construction of training pitches, a main-field stand and a recovery/hotel building on a 66,034-square-metre site. The first team also played here while Hristo Botev Stadium was being rebuilt. The complex was renamed in 2023 after club legend Nikola Shterev. Plovdiv's city council recorded BGN 13,298,444.01 of realised concession investment excluding VAT in November 2013; this is not the construction cost of the separate Hristo Botev Stadium.
