What is the contract value of Chukotka?
Chukotka is the fifth Project 22220 nuclear-powered icebreaker of Atomflot, being built at the Baltic Shipyard in Saint Petersburg, with its keel laid on 16 December 2020, its hull launched on 6 November 2024 and delivery postponed in June 2026 from December 2026 to 2027. Naval News reported on 11 August 2019 that the Baltic Shipyard won a 100 billion rouble contract from Atomflot for the fourth and fifth ships, Yakutiya and this one.
