How much capital had Rampion shareholders committed to the original wind farm by September 2016?
Rampion is a 400 MW offshore wind farm in the English Channel off the Sussex coast. A September 2016 memorandum published by Ofgem says its three shareholders had committed approximately GBP 1.3 billion of capital to the 116-turbine project. This is a dated investment commitment for the first Rampion wind farm, not an audited final cost or a budget for the later Rampion 2 proposal. All turbines were generating power by April 2018.
