The Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium is the football stadium of about 63,000 seats on Suoyuwan bay in Dalian, Liaoning, China, built by Dalian Urban and Rural Construction Investment Group as a venue for the planned 2023 AFC Asian Cup, with a groundbreaking on 11 October 2020 and completion in 2023. The Dalian state assets commission reported on 13 October 2020 that the total investment was 1.88 billion yuan, with completion planned for December 2022, while the designer BDP lists £260m.
