What is the approved budget of DFW Terminal F Expansion Program?

The Terminal F program of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is the construction of a new terminal for American Airlines, enlarged in the 2025 fiscal year from 15 to 31 gates with a new federal inspection facility, headhouse, parking garage, roadways and Skylink station, with groundbreaking in November 2024, an initial phase due in 2027 and the last phase in 2030, alongside the renewal of the main terminals. An airport board document of August 2025 gives the Terminal F program a total budget of 4.02 billion dollars, increased from 1.7 billion in uninflated dollars.
