How much did Envalira Tunnel cost to build?
The Envalira Tunnel is the toll road tunnel under the Envalira pass in Andorra between Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa, built by the concessionaire Tunel d'Envalira S.A. with work starting on 1 June 1999 on the Grau Roig side and on 2 August 1999 on the Pas de la Casa side, and opened to traffic on 26 September 2002. English Wikipedia says the construction cost was 11 billion pesetas, approximately 80 million euros, and that the concession lasts 50 years.
