How much did Giants Stadium cost to build?

Giants Stadium was the football stadium of the New York Giants and Jets at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, built by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority from 19 November 1972, opened on 10 October 1976 with 80,242 seats and demolished in 2010. The reference site Stadiums of Pro Football lists its cost as 78 million dollars and says no public funding was used for the stadium itself, which the authority financed with bonds.
