How much did Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 cost to build?

Heathrow Terminal 5 is the passenger terminal at London Heathrow Airport, designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership with Arup and Mott MacDonald as structural engineers, built from September 2002 by BAA with Laing O'Rourke, Mace, AMEC and others, including over 13 km of tunnels for rail and baggage links, officially opened by the Queen on 14 March 2008 and to passengers on 27 March 2008. New Civil Engineer called it a 4.3 billion pound terminal built on time and on budget, which Designing Buildings also gives as its total project cost.
