How much did Independence Plaza cost to build?

Independence is the full-scale replica of a Space Shuttle orbiter built by Guard-Lee of Apopka, Florida, installed at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in 1993 and moved to Space Center Houston in 2012, where it was mounted on top of NASA 905, the first Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, a Boeing 747, in the Independence Plaza exhibit opened on 23 January 2016. collectSPACE described Independence Plaza as a new 12 million dollar exhibit featuring NASA's shuttle-carrying jumbo jet, and visitors can enter both the jet and the orbiter.
