How much did John A. Osborne Airport cost to build?

The John A. Osborne Airport (Gerald's Airport until 2008) is the airport of Montserrat, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean, in the village of Gerald's, built after the 1997 eruption of the Soufriere Hills volcano destroyed the W. H. Bramble Airport, with a runway of about 593 m (1,946 ft), a terminal dedicated in February 2005 by Anne, Princess Royal and formally opened on 11 July 2005. Montserrat Focus wrote in March 2024 that it cost about 18.5 million US dollars to build, as Wikipedia does.
