How much did Libertadores de América Stadium cost to build?

The Estadio Libertadores de America - Ricardo Enrique Bochini is the stadium of Club Atletico Independiente in Avellaneda, Argentina, rebuilt on the site of La Doble Visera, the old stadium demolished in 2007, with works begun in December 2006 and an inauguration match against Colon on 28 October 2009, financed largely by player transfers such as that of Sergio Aguero. La Nacion reported on 27 October 2009 that the club's official investment figure was USD 35 million, against more than USD 40 million claimed by the opposition and an original budget of USD 10 million, while Spanish Wikipedia says the cost was initially about USD 50 million, later about USD 80 million.
