How much did Millau Viaduct cost to build?

The Millau Viaduct (Viaduc de Millau) is the cable-stayed road viaduct over the Tarn valley in southern France, 343 m at its tallest pylon, carrying the A75 and A71 motorway axis and built by the Compagnie Eiffage du Viaduc de Millau, a subsidiary of Eiffage that financed it and holds a 75-year toll concession after three years of construction; work began on 16 October 2001, it was inaugurated on 14 December 2004 and opened to traffic on 16 December 2004. Wikipedia gives its construction cost as approximately EUR 394 million, plus EUR 20 million for the toll plaza, and Archi Contemporaine says EUR 350 million had been calculated and about EUR 400 million were actually spent.
