How much did Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant cost to build?

The Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant is the single boiling-water-reactor nuclear plant of about 650 MW owned by Xcel Energy and operated by Northern States Power at Monticello, Minnesota, on which construction began on 19 June 1967 and which was commissioned on 30 June 1971. Wikipedia gives its construction cost as USD 455.8 million in 2007 dollars, and the Nuclear Decommissioning Collaborative as USD 560 million in 2018 dollars, both inflation-restated rather than the nominal 1960s spending, which no opened source gives.
