How much did Nelson Mandela Stadium cost to build?

The Nelson Mandela Stadium (Stade Nelson Mandela) in Baraki, a southern suburb of Algiers, is Algeria's first large modern football-specific stadium with 40,784 seats, built by China Railway Engineering Corporation from 2009 or 2010 after delays caused by the lack of suitable building materials and the financial crisis that followed the fall in oil prices in 2014, and opened on 7 January 2023 with a 0-0 friendly between Algeria and Ghana. StadiumDB and the Wikipedia text put its cost at EUR 300 million, whereas the Wikipedia infobox gives EUR 280 million.
