What is the approved budget of New Champlain Bridge Corridor Project?

The New Champlain Bridge Corridor Project is the Montreal bridge and highway corridor delivered under a project agreement with the Signature on the St. Lawrence consortium, which required the new bridge in service by 1 December 2018 and the other components by 31 October 2019. The federal value-for-money report states that the total cost of the project for the Government of Canada is 4.239 billion Canadian dollars without taxes, of which 3.977 billion is the nominal value of the project agreement.
