What did AfDB estimate for the full three-plant Noor Ouarzazate CSP programme in 2016?
Morocco developed the Noor Ouarzazate concentrated-solar complex as three linked CSP plants near Ouarzazate. At the February 2016 opening of the first phase, the African Development Bank estimated EUR 2.1 billion to implement the whole three-plant CSP programme. That is a forward-looking programme figure, not the cost of Noor I alone or the later photovoltaic phase.
