Nou Mestalla is Valencia CF's unfinished stadium of over 70,000 seats in Valencia, Spain, with groundbreaking on 1 August 2007, work halted for years and resumed in January 2025, with completion targeted for summer 2027. Reuters via ESPN reported on 26 June 2025 that the club secured EUR 322 million of financing (EUR 237 million of notes and an EUR 85 million short-term loan) to complete it, partly repaying an EUR 65 million bridge loan, with another EUR 80 million available from La Liga's CVC agreement, while Wikipedia gives a cost range of EUR 287 to 350 million and an estimate of EUR 250 to 300 million in its lead.
