How much did Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station cost to build?

The Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station is a Pennsylvania plant on the Susquehanna River whose Units 2 and 3, boiling-water reactors of about 2,600 MW combined, began licensed operation in 1974 and had their licences renewed for 20 years in 2003 (to 2033 and 2034), owned by Constellation Energy and PSEG. Wikipedia's infobox gives the station's cost as USD 2.943 billion in 2007 dollars, and the Nuclear Decommissioning Collaborative restates the Unit 2 and 3 build as USD 3.6 billion in 2018 dollars.
