How much did the rebuild of Polideportivo Cachamay cost?

The Centro Total de Entretenimiento Cachamay (formerly Polideportivo Cachamay and, from 1980, Estadio Gino Scaringella) is a football stadium of about 41,600 seats in Puerto Ordaz, Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela. Originally inaugurated in 1980, it was expanded, modernised and largely rebuilt in 2006 and 2007 by the Mexican firm ICA for the 2007 Copa America and reopened on 22 June 2007. Spanish Wikipedia gives the cost as more than 220 billion old bolivares, which at the World Bank rate of 2007 is about USD 102 million, while English Wikipedia lists USD 74.4 million.
