How much did the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station in California cost to build?

The Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station was a single-unit, about 900 MW pressurised-water reactor owned by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District in California, in commercial operation from 17 April 1975 and shut down in 1989 after a public vote to close it. Wikipedia, citing the SMUD Rancho Seco Nuclear Education Center, says it cost USD 375 million when built in 1974 and about USD 120 million in 1974 dollars to decommission, and the Nuclear Decommissioning Collaborative gives USD 1.9 billion in 2018 dollars for the same construction.
