How much did the River Bend nuclear power station in Louisiana cost to build?

The River Bend Nuclear Generating Station near St. Francisville, Louisiana, is a single General Electric boiling-water reactor of about 974 to 1,000 MW owned by Entergy (formerly Gulf States Utilities), begun on 25 March 1977 and placed in commercial operation in June 1986. NS Energy Business (2019) gives a construction cost of GBP 2.6 billion (USD 4.2 billion) without a stated price basis, while Wikipedia (EIA) gives USD 7.198 billion in 2007 dollars and the Nuclear Decommissioning Collaborative USD 8.8 billion in 2018 dollars, so the larger figures are inflation restatements of the same build.
