How much did the rebuild of the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena (MSV-Arena) in Duisburg cost?

The Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena (until 2010 MSV-Arena) in Duisburg's Sportpark Wedau is the roughly 31,500-capacity football stadium of MSV Duisburg, rebuilt on the site of the 1921 Wedaustadion between 2003 and 2004 while matches continued, with groundbreaking on 17 October 2003 and opening on 8 November 2004. Sport-90 and German Wikipedia give construction costs of EUR 43 million, and a separate EUR 35.7 million roof modernisation planned from autumn 2027 is not part of that cost.
