How much did Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant cost to build?

The Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant near New Hill, North Carolina, operated by Duke Energy (formerly Progress Energy and Carolina Power & Light), is a single 900 MW pressurised-water reactor built by Westinghouse from 28 January 1978 and in commercial operation since 2 May 1987, on a site designed for four reactors. The US Energy Information Administration's 2010 State Nuclear Profile lists its construction cost as USD 4.115 billion in 2007 dollars, adjusted by the consumer price index from a 1986 EIA report, so it is an inflation-adjusted figure; Wikipedia says the nominal final cost approached USD 3.9 billion.
