How much did the Sōya Misaki Wind Farm in Hokkaido cost to build?

The Sōya Misaki Wind Farm (宗谷岬ウインドファーム) near Cape Sōya in Wakkanai, Hokkaido, Japan, is owned by Eurus Energy and has 57 turbines of 1,000 kW each, 57 MW in total, which made it Japan's largest wind farm when it entered commercial operation in late 2005. The Hokkaido Shimbun reported on 16 November 2005 a total project cost of JPY 12 billion (120億円), construction completed in October 2005 and operation from December 2005; the Japanese Wikipedia gives about JPY 12 billion and a 2004 start. The Hokkaido sub-prefectural office says operation is planned to stop around April 2026 for rebuilding.
