How much did the Stade de Genève complex in Lancy cost to build?

The Stade de Genève is a 30,000-seat football stadium in the La Praille district of Lancy, on the site of the former city slaughterhouses, with commercial space and parking in the same complex. It hosted its first match on 16 March 2003 (Servette against Young Boys) and was officially opened on 30 April 2003 with Switzerland against Italy. swissinfo reported in 2003 that the stadium was budgeted at CHF 93 million and the whole complex at about CHF 250 million; a 2012 text by the city's Métamorphose project office gives about CHF 128 million actual cost for the stadium and CHF 280 million for the complex.
